Ive completed the rebuilding of the town and progressed several days since then. At no point during the building of the town or since have i encountered a judgement. Additionally, there is an activity giver exclamation point beneath the tree in the town green, but nobody there to interact with besides a villager i can pickpocket. Am I missing something or is it bugged out? Im playing on Xbox One X if that makes a difference.
P.S. Does the completion of the main story prevent the “Rock and a Hard Place” quest from starting? I have a couple quests that wont pop up at all and some that show up as quest givers with no quest dialogue.
