I got a question if the scene where Sir Radzig Kobyla and townsfolk were passing by Talmberg during a stormy night was removed on patch 1.3?
The scene was suppose to follow after talking to sir robarb but there was none…No dialogue scene between Divish and Radzig. Can anyone confirm it was removed or is this a bug?

I believe it’s a bug. a lot of people have mentioned it.
I hope its not game breaking bug. Some said kobyla was missing afterwards.
