I pledged back in 2016 for alpha/beta access and was promised full release content via Steam. At this point I’ve not been able to link my profile to Steam, and have received no Steam key in email.
I’ve sent emails to support which have not been replied to.
The only help I was given was to “Update your profile.” Which has not worked.
This is sloppy and unprofessional for you guys as a company to deny your customers a product that they paid for.
Sadly, you’re not the only one. Many of us are buggered, and while it’s frustrating, we can only wait until Warhorse gets it fixed. I’m sure they’re working hard on it. By the way, if you pledged a digital tier, the admins might be able to help you, but if you’ve gone for a physical pledge, you’re stuck waiting. Just to check, you made an accound with the same e-mail address as your Kickstarter account right?
Your profile says you joined just 5 hours ago are you sure that you signed into the account you made when you backed?
If you do not use the exact email you used when you initially backed it will not register your purchase to your account.
WH is currently drowning in support emails while I understand it is not ideal you must be patient.

As far as I know the email is correct.
Not that it will help, but I really had to thrash around here to even find my profile, let alone update it. But the “link to steam” account button appeared and I am downloading.
As you can see in the above screenshots - that is all I see on the website, even after updating.
Well in that case all you can do at this time is either wait for a response from support or hope that @DrFusselpulli may be able to take a quick look at this for you.
Same boat there. Backed at the Earl level on Kickstarter and I can’t get access to the game. Support hasn’t responded to my email in over two days.
