Why do the guards try to arrest me when im sleeping because im not carrying a torch, like im inside nigga fuck off
happened to me as well, haha!
Woke up and found a guard standing next to me. told me i broke the torch law… @.@
This is why I am sleeping with torch 
I had a similar issue with the room you get in rattay during mainstory. A guard told me that i have to pay for a crime, then locked me out of my own room. I had to lockpick the door to get to my own bed
