Currently you have to sit through half of the intro story every time you load KCD, no matter how long you’ve been playing. You should be able to skip this from the beginning. He’s got a great voice, but I can’t listen to him every time. If it’s a decision based on load times, I would much rather stare at the slide show beautiful paintings in silence then have to listen to a story I’ve heard 60 times.

But the game is loading at this time. You can´t skip loading.

As OP stated, it is annoying to hear the same story by the same voice again and again. Silent picture during the loading period is much more suitable.
