I have filled out my profile, but support will not response with anything but a standard message to log in to my profile.
I have yet to receive my game code.
I have exactly the same problem.
Wrote to the support 3 times in total and got a stadard message to my first request.
Didn’t even get a response to my other two requests.
Edit: I got a response from the support today(15.02.2018) and I got my key

they have a lot of these requests atm, but I’m sure he will get to you
