I did as well and then they just removed the Knight level from my forum profile instead and pretend they never got money from me. I offered to send more proof but no response. I am just going to chalk this up to another Kickstarter loss. Not the first one I lost money on.
This is what I had sent the Dr and it shows it has been viewed but no response.
My email may have been different, it shows the same now but on here I show as a knight level. My kickstarter may have been (removed)@primus.ca which I donāt have access to anymore and havenāt for over a year. I am registered with my current email as (removed)@hotmail.com. I can send you screen shots of my kickstarter if you wish.
Does the launcher work now? If not I will send a note to our launcher designer.
Umā¦ Unfortunately I donĀ“t remember this case, as we had hundreds in the last couple of days. Can you Send me your emails with PM and a Screen from your Kickstarter? I am really sorry about this issue and maybe we did make a mistake here.

Okay, you have your Tier back. I am really really sorry about it. I donĀ“t know why this issue happen.
My original post was because I didnāt get the activation email and I do not have the launcher in my profile. I had Knight on here but I think the site and forums are separate.

Hello. I have checked your profile.
The reason why you didnĀ“t got the email way because you made a typo in the email at the registration. The i and the r was exchanged, and therefore the activation mail was sendet to an non existant email account. I corrected your address and activated your account manually, you can use it now as you should. 
I feel like such a dumbass now. thanks and cheers for the fast swift reply

No problems, happens way more often as you think. In fact most of the requests are because of wrongly written email adresses, can happen to everyone.
