I’ve played almost 30 minutes. Then the game crashed and now I can see only the intro video and after that the game freeze on black screen. Someone can help me or tell me why now I can’t play?
Hello @Avvah, welcome to the community. Please try to delete your folder called user_kingdomcome in your game folder, it will be created new at the new start. If this does not work, please report back to me. 
Hi @DrFusselpulli, thanks for your reply. Sorry for writing here, I’ve just read about the bug report site. I tried following your advice but it didn’t work so I deleted the game, then reinstalled it and played for another 20-30 minutes but now I have again the same problem. I mean, the intro video is cool but I’d like to play this awesome game. Is there something else that I should do? I should upgrade my pc, download something, delete something? Thanks btw
