NPC's flickering or something, I dont know

So I have problem with flickering NPC’s and shadows too… but its the NPC’s that annoys me the most. I dont know if I should call it flickering, its just, whenever i move my camera or move (or they move), the NPC’s bodies start to shake a bit. It looks like a small flickering. Even dead bodies flicker. Not really that much noticeable, but still annyoing. When I stand still, the problem is gone. Maybe its a problem with the animations?

Same goes with shadows, but shadows are fixable with mods.

EDIT: I fixed it by disablind smaa 1tx and enabling the default one, which is 1x.

Yes but my issue is not mod related… I dont use any mods, I just stated, that the shadow flickerling problem can be fixed with mods.

If you really not use MODs … check your grafic card driver.
