Something that just get to me all the time is when the NPCs go to bed and wake up.
NPCs never go up in the morning & always go to bed like 17-18 o’clock?!?
Wasnt serfs pretty much working all the time?!? I’m getting more and more annoyed by this. 
They work less than me, and I’m on sick leave! Haha.
Also, stay away from shrubberies aka Bushes of Love. If you get stuck you may have to load a save and lose 30min - 1h gameplay. 
Otherwise, love the game. 
I guess the bush issue will be fixed
but about working… Many people didnt work as much as we today 40h/week (some did) at least the farmers usually worked like 4-5 days a week and when its dark outside you cant work anymore. You can read more about it in the kodex I believe

Well you get up when its bright outside and go to bed when its dark. Its just that they dont really do that in the game. 
They mostly just sleep, haha.
