Just from the information you provided it seems that you need to upgrade the video card. You can probably still play the game but not enjoy playing it.For a video card upgrade it will run in the range of $275-350 for the upgrade on Amazon. Installing is easy enough where even I can do it… with some patience. The low price video cards are of dubious reliability so you may need to spend a bit more money. I hope this hoped.

Edit: oh, sorry for digging out this old one 2018, my bad!

This sounds like a Laptop to me. Right?

If so you can try to compare your CPU and GPU against the ones from the game spec. on sites like https://www.userbenchmark.com/, http://cpuboss.com/, https://www.cpubenchmark.net/ to get a rough Idea where your system stands and what the game needs.

I have done one example for you (your GPU GTX 960m vs. GTX 1050): https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-960M-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1050-Ti/m27242vs3649
To be honest it does not look very good for you even the GTX 660 is 42% faster than your current card… https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-960M-vs-Nvidia-GTX-660/m27242vs2162

From the data above, I think you might get the game to run with lowest graphic settings but not with good frame rate.
But also important is your CPU and your RESOLUTION (Native display resolution), if you play on 640x400 it might run good but if you play on 1920x1080 it might not at all.

I hope this helps you a little.
