Hi!
“Masquerade” quest has an “optional” part, that is finding onela, an npc of Talberg.
Some players have found her dead in the river. I though she was dead too because i found her bucked in the river where the quest marker told me that i can found, but…no one was there!
So, for another quest (for the huntman of talbeger), i needed to talk with her and…the marker was places in another location. And there…Olena! Joy!!!(she was inside the house far east of talberg) 
. So was the marker bugger, not olena herself.
I hope that can be useful for the others that have troubles with this quest like me
