I’m currently on the fence about pre ordering Kingdom Come: Deliverance and if possible can someone on here please give me ten good positive reasons to pre order Kingdom Come: Deliverance please?!
1)Story.
2)Mechanics.
3)Interactions.
4)Having possibility to make choices.
5)Battle System.
6)Dialogues.
7)Immersion.
8)Graphics(Yeah, forests is something different, for soul ).
9)Music(ambient).
10)Historical based without dragons and dungeons.
and etc.
Hard to say what will be positives as I did not even play beta, but I got great first impression from it. So:
1.graphics
I also prefer playing historical games rather than modern day.
2.medieval era
If the graphics are great, we need attention to environment.
3.atmosphere
Action and fighting. Sneaking and stealing. Intimidating and convincing.
4.RPG
It is not a real reason for this game but overally convinced me about upcoming quality.
5.developers made Mafia
As much as I like RPG focused on story, at the same time I must have freedom or at least big enough world to lose myself exploring its details and mountain peaks.
6.open world
When it’s historical, it has historical environment and events but it even looks real, feels real and has less of stats and numbers involved in it in favor of common sense.
7.realism
Finally, you are immersed when you need to regularly eat and sleep. Doing the duties of regular guy.
8.survival
This one is tricky because I don’t exactly expect huge battles but even fighting against bandits as shown in beta as final battle excites me.
9.large scale battles
I still believe it will not disappoint me. I like well balanced game where I don’t get stuck on trivialities but show at least a bit of challenge. But remembering Mafia, it had pretty tough missions.
10.difficulty
- Story
- Choices and Consequences with every decision your main character (Henry) makes
- Open World
- Ability to win through solely Fighting, Stealth, Diplomacy or any combination of the 3
- Beautiful Graphics
- Immersion
- Unique and realistic fighting/Battle system
- Realism and Historical with no fantasy elements
- Music
- Sidequests
- Codex and inventory system
- Fog of war
- Extra content and locations with every pre-ordered game
- Increasing skill levels gradually through practice and use
- Extensive Alchemy system
Don’t pre-order then. Why not just wait and see what the reviews are like before making your decision to purchase or not.
I’m a backer, so I’ll be getting the game and other associated paraphernalia anyway but…
I just hate the whole concept of pre-ordering and associated BS bonuses, so my opinion is skewed against that approach.
