Xbox still has an issue with crashing when attempting to access the quest log and map. This doesn’t require a full patch to fix, please, please, please, do something about the crash issue so I can finish the game.

I found starting a new game after the patch fixed the crashing. It’s a pain in the arse but a lot better than a crash every 30min that I was having
Patch 1.3.1 should be in it’s certification phase. You should have it soon. See what happens from that point.
Funny you should say that i just saved and was om fast travel when it locked up
