After the 1.4 updapte all that noticeably happened for me was the removal of descriptions in graphics options and at the bathhouse i can select a blank option where getting laundering and wounds healed description was but its just a blank space now, tried with and without mods and with and without new dlc. also tried it before and after 1.4.1 patch but nothing changed
Also the easter eggs and pomlazca dont spawn or even exist for me, after looking for hours for these items and after looking where others found them they just dont spawn, so i tried to mod them in using the “cheat” mod on nexus but they just dont exist for me
Sidenote: another thing 1.4 did was significantly drop my framerate, imlucky to get 45 fps for longer than 30 seconds now, before 1.4 and 1.4.1 it was 60 fps stable using the same graphics settings
Maybe try this fix (worked for me)…
Change the sliders /and maybe the anitialiasing settings to something different. Hit 'confirm.
Return them to what you had. Hit 'confirm".
Twice updating I have had to do this when I left my user folder with KCD data. (Eg savegames).
