Patch 1.6 has for some reason disabled the padded coifs ability to fit underneath a helmet and chain mail hood.
How did you miss this Warhorse?

What you mean “disabled the ability to fit”? It is clipping or missing or what?
Its clipping through the helmet. In fact, all armor seems to clip through the layers above it (think brocade jacket over brigandine/plate). Im torn between just dropping my brocade jacket alltogether because the clipping is seriously starting to annoy me
Don’t think its missed…I guess the armor clipping is/was one of the biggest threads during development! I could imagine new changes bring new bugs -.-
Yes, it’s clipping badly now. Hope, they’ll fix it.
I experience the clipping as well. It is way worse after 1.6
Armor clipping has always been there (It is with waffenrock on previous patch) though with current patch 1.6, it is more noticable(especially toward Padded Coif). I can see my Dark Padded Coif clipping through my mail coif and also my chest plate. I do hope warhorse will fix it soon.
yes head pads and jacket you wear over all your gears don’t clip well anymore.
Just started KCD to test this. And yes the padded coif is messed up. Over the CHainmail and Clipping with the cuirass.
Looks horrible and drives me crazy
I do not have a problem with Padded coifs and other head gear.
Now a quartered black and brown combat jacket( 12 def.) has always clipped thru in places. Even before 1.6
PC, only on medium settings.
This is just GREAT. One patch in, more bug appears.
This issue is really annoying. I hope it gets fixed soon.
