The patch notes don’t give a definite answer. They say about quite a few issues with Hans Capon and the associated quests, but not this one. The issue was that after the “Next to Godliness” quest he was walking around in his underwear. Has this been fixed in 1.7?
Answering to myself, no, it wasn’t fixed. He is still naked as before. Guys, I don’t understand…
