This is my own investigation and opinion, no gurantee!

Use older drivers. Maybe the one from the KCD release (390.77)

If you want to uninstall the actual driver
use DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Never update driver when your actual favourite game is running perfect.
If you bought for example Assassin’s Creed Odyssey then you can install the 416 version.

To me that sounds like a hardware issue. Does all of your saves crash or just the latest? Do other games work fine?
If all of the saves crash then maybe it’s because of using mods. If just one/few of them then maybe your hard drive is corrupting files or ram is causing errors.
If it’s an hdd try running chkdsk to check if there’s bad sectors. If it’s ssd then the manufacturer of the ssd usually has a tool for that. Do not run chkdsk on ssd though.
ram can be tested with intel extreme tuning utility for example.

All my saves corrupt, recently I’ve been deleting profiles in the Kingdom come folder, but sometimes it will reach a point where that will no longer work. All my other games work completely fine.

@rataj Thanks! I’ve heard also that older drivers can sometimes work better, just didn’t know the best one for KCD, I’ll try the one you linked.
