This is the only game this to my PC. Played Witcher 3 @ 4k on high settings for 3 hours…mass effect andromeda same. Destiny 2 as well.

KCD starts up and under 1 minute crashes my PC. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Didnt work

MY Rig:
17-5930k @ 4.2 GHz
Corsair H110i gtx AIO
ASUS Rampage v Extreme X99 Mobo
G.Skills Ripjaw 4 32 GB RAM @ 2666mhz
1080TI EVGA FTW3 Elite
Corsair HX1000i PSU.

Was working fine then after last update it hasn’t worked the same. Which sucks because i am loving this game

Blimey, that is a good system spec to play the game with. Far better than mine, and I’ve had no crashes at all. Not one.
It must be a driver issue. I’d look along those lines.

all drivers are current as well. I did get 2 mods from Nexus. I noticed all files were not gone… So i deleted and uninstalled all files including the ones that remained after uninstall. Re-installed last night and now will see later today after work if that worked

Well it worked excellent for 45 mins…then crashed again

“Glad” I am not thee only one. It keeps crashing very often during cutscenes a few seconds after loading. “Hunting Boars” cutscene and “Return home” cutscene crashed my pc every time. Do not have any problems with other games.

That is strange. I have had one crash in 20 hours of gameplay. Are you running any other programs at the same time?

No…some background ones Like steam (only because I have to) and the evga gpu program for more card

You have a 6 core processor. Could be a processor issue… Try this mod… https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/133

You are the third person with a 6 core processor that Ive seen on here in the last few hours that is freezing after minutes of play.

It makes me think that I’m glad I didn’t upgrade my cpu, mainboard and ram before release. I was going to, just for this game. I’ve had zero crashes, on an i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz, R9 200, 16gb ram, win 10.
I’ve also set sliders to maximum, 1080p and get 45-50 sometimes more in forests and countryside. Slower of course in towns, but still 30 plus there. I am very pleased with what the game can produce with my meagre system. It seems that more than likely its fine tuning driver wise, causing the crashes you see in faster systems. In time, I think these will be ironed out.

im running a 4 core i7 960 @ 4.2ghz on corsair 115i AIO with 980 ti and runs well on ultra but alas i am crashing every 15 mins + or on start-up also this game has caused blue screens too.

I have i7-5960X, 64 GB Corsair platinum ram (3000) and 4 SLI Titan X (evga).
I played The Witcher 3 Ultra without crashes
I have a lots of crashes that I don’t understand: sometimes can play 40 minutes, sometimes crashes in 40 seconds, I’m looking to VGA temperatures too, but they doesn’t seems correlated.
what can be? too old CPU?

I tried many fixes too for the same problem of Blue Screen at the intro page itself. I reinstalled, checked core temps, updated drivers, deleted mods and reduced graphics to minimum. That didnt work for me.

What WORKED was to PROVIDE MORE SPACE ON HARD DISK FOR THE GAME since i had less than 5 gb free on it before. After 30 GB free, no more blue screens! Hope anyone getting them again reads this.
