About every 15 - 20 minutes, like clockwork, the mouse will not work when on the inventory screen, you can click anything. Goes away after about 5-10 minutes then comes back again. Loading from in game does not help. Quitting might do. But nobody wants to do that. It makes trading virtually impossible. Also I think it’s happening in the map screen too…you can’t click on fast travel or any other marker.
