Hi there, my characters reading level is now 16. I cannot study any book any more. From level 5 to level 15 books I alleys get the message that my reading level is to low.
For me it seems to be that this bug started when I was at level 14 for reading. I use the PC Version.

Are you sure that the mesage says that you lack reading skill? Aren’t you missing the skill of that particular textbook? Example: for stealth books, you need to have stealth already on required level…
I think you are miss understanding how skill books work. The level requirement for skill books applies to te skill the book is for. So a lock picking skill book that says it requires level 10 to read means you need at least level 10 in lock picking to read, not your reading skill. Only books that are reading skill books require a certain reading level.
Thanks for your help guys, now I understand that I need the skill and after that I can read the book. Oh what a stupid question by myself…
