PC vs PS4 Base

Hey guys,

really looking forward to the game, so i want to get some advice if i should get the game for my (older) PC or the PS4 base version.

These are my specs:
AMD Radeon R9 380
Intel Core i5-2500K CPU @3.30 GHZ
8GB RAM

System Requirements Lab says my PC sucks for the game, so I wonder if i should get it on the PS4 for stable 30FPS. What do you think?

tough one. hold off for a day or two hard as that will be.

suppose there may be more options to tweak on pc. but that is only assumption.
