at the moment I am sadly very disappointed in you.
I am an original backer as you can see and was first very happy with the game and your support.
But then I was not able to play for a while, but still bought all your DLC because of my first impression.
In the meantime I changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and got a much better graphic card a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070s Super.
When I tried to play the game now it always crashed to desktop after about a minute in play or if I start a new game during the intro with the mother.
I tried several tips from the internet and also very low graphic settings but nothing helped.
So I contacted your support and got some automatically generated response, but then nothing else. I asked two times for a response but still nothing.
The mail to your support was on 11.04.20 and I got the request number (84239).
I am not able to play the game at all and very disappointed that there comes nothing from you.
Can you please look into this?
