Imagine riding through the beautiful countryside and decides to stop to take a piss to enjoy the view . Or sees a high hill and imagine how nice it would piss from above. At the bar, someone is bothering you, what do you do? Pee on him and start a fight! It is a real life simulator, then add a system that allows us to do this. It wouldn’t be so hard to do and the fun would be great. Let’s pee in a medieval world!

Real medieval life, isn’t it? No matter what reality is. We need to pee.
I am not disputing the features itself. I kinda like it, though I highly doubt that it will make it into the game.
I was just pointing out that the game tries not to be simulator.
Yes, it tries to depict the reality of medieval times but that does not mean making it into the Sims.
Maybe they will implement the ability to pee secretly in your armor. 
So, who comes with the idea of baking a cake from Henry’s feces?
