If so - you think that gtx 1080 + i7-4790k is enough to run it on 60 fps ?

Yes, you will run on 60FPS. I even saw 60 in the corner of their screenshots. You should be least worried with rig you have.

i could run even the unoptmized beta at between 20- 30 FPS. I think my geforce 980 TI can handle the game 
980ti isn’t that bad card even today. 
Dare i say my lord the only place I get to maximum of 59.2 fps is the main menu.
