First of all I want to apologies for my bad english.
It all stared with choosing the wrong reason for the disease ( plague). After a few failed attempts I realised my mistake . I watch walkthrough video and made the potion. I gave the potion to all 4 villgars and the prisoners after that I skipped 1 day, interrogate the prisoner, esescorted him to the prison .I went to sir rodriguez and complete the main quest ( Questions and Answers). On my way back I decied to visit the villige and finally to complete this quest. How ever instead of a nice cutscene in which they say how greatful they are for saving them as I watched in the walkthrough, I got the bad news how everybody which were previously sick died including his wife. I remake the potion 4 times and every time one and same result which were previously sick are dead.
Did you make the one for the poisoned water option?
Couse thats the right one to make, Just make sure you check All the symptons correctly and i hope your character can already Read couse when i did it IT was totally fine

.
