Is it me or is it sometimes super frustrating trying to pick flowers, pick up arrows off the ground and find weapons in piles of bandits you’ve killed? If they’re going to be convenience over realism in that they have the ability to “loot/steal all” what are the possibilities of getting an option to loot the immediate area like you would a corpse or a chest? Like add a tab to the inventory called Local or Nearby or something and allow you to pick stuff up within a certain, but relatively limited, area? Sometimes I’ll kill 2 or 3 bandits in basically the same spot and I have to pick them up and move them to find the weapons, if I even find them. Or picking an herb or mushroom just to move the cursor a few inches in game and pick again.(It’s more frustrating on console then it may sound) And sometimes I’ll pass over the option and have to go back, like I can see the arrow, it’s right there…let me pick it up easily. Anyone hear of anything like this?
Its easier on PC since I didnt have much issues but I can see your point, with arrows its also not that easy for me.
I found you can pick up flowers pretty good when you aim at the bottom of the flower, also when you have enough skill you will pick many flowers in a specific radius
It’s by no means a deal breaker but a local pickup menu would be nice. Doesnt work for things like bags, barrels, chests, etc that you should have to “find” vs stuff you should be able to just grab but cant. I’ll try the flower tip though.
