Plate armor clipping and floating things

Plate armor for me is clipping thru the outer jackets that can go over the armor.
have seen also clipping on NPC clothing like texture snaps.
On another thing I have run across floating rocks not following the steep hillside slope and a floating captive bandit ( like 1.4m off the ground).
is it related to my vid card( radion 580,1700mhz, 8 GB)? or the game?

Same here. It is hard to not have clipping in layered armor, in any game. I think it is just how it is.

As for the floating NPCs, I have had that too. Luckily not very often, and maybe with time they will solve the issue for good.

With landscape objects floating, I have found rocks, grass, and other objects that are not placed quite right. If you have ever done any mapping for games, it is not easy to tell if something is properly placed or not. With such a vast world, it isn’t surprising that some things are floating. When looking at the map via mapping tools, you can look carefully and think everything is set properly, but then once the map is rendered, find things that are no quite right. I have made mod maps for various games over the years, and had it happen with much smaller maps. I can only image how much work went into the massive map for this game.
