I seem to be running into alot of doors that are locked (with a very hard lock) that are keeping me from completing or even starting numerous missions.
I somehow managed to get the rattay bailiffs door to open by saving the game nearby and reloading the game but now I can’t even get near Hans capon because his door has been locked ever since I finished the hunting quest. I originally thought it was timed because of what happened during the hunting quest but it seems to be glitched in a locked state and it’s stopping me from progressing any further with that character.
