looked through every walkthrough on the internet tried redoing the quest with different answers to sir Radzig no matter what i do too many men have its really annoying.
Edit: somehow managed to beat it today first try actually but last night it was really buggy so idk thanks for anybody who tried to help.
What exactly are you having trouble with? Did you find the bridge entrance to surprise attack?

No matter what you do, no matter how many men you say or whether or not you poison their food and burn their arrows, every time you’ll get a frustrating “Game Over” screen because “Too many men have died.” It’s extremely frustrating because there is no way(I currently have not found any way) to fix it and you can’t continue the main story which is what the game is driven by…
If anyone is reading this who beat the quest and had this problem, please give advice and help.

Dang I’m glad I never got that bug. So to be clear, even if you don’t lose that many men it still gives you a game over?

I am having the exact same problem.
I had that happen once and only once, I played to passive the first attempt. Used archery too much, when i completed it i hacked and slashed until Radzig tells you to get after the archers, ran up the stairs murdered them, then in the courtyard outside the wall use your bow to hit the other archers on the wall, they do TONS of damage to your troops. then hack and slash again.
what level were you when you beat it if you can remember?
Level 10 or 11

I am having the same problem. In the first part of the fight, right after going over the bridge. I get too many men have died, and then game over. I have tried many times. It Happens every time.
