Polling system?

Could we perhaps get a polling system as well as poll sub-forum?
Where we could create polls, discuss and track vote % etc …

For fun eg : “Which platform will you be getting KC: D on?” some in depth polls regarding the game eg:“Would you prefer a sabertooth tiger instead of a dog?” lol

Obviously nothing official, not to say the sabertooth is sitting at 99% YES means is definitely gonna be in the game.
Just more for interest sake, to get an overall view on what the community thinks about certain subjects.

Are there actually any mods on the forums? lol

There are no “real” mods here. Warhorse said that they still lack some kind of community manager and so people from the team do the job atm. Of course they also have their usual tasks in developing the game so it’s not surprising that they’re not that often here… :wink:

I fully agree on the polls. They should be integrated in the forum software so that you are able to establish one while creating a new thread.

I definitely agree that this should be implemented into the forums. Having the poll questions and current results at the top would help summarize the thread and assist people who start a thread just to ask a question and “see what people think” when they could just read the comments.

I do not think ‘Discourse’ has sub-forums as such but it does have categories (Meta, Gameplay, Story, etc) that resemble sub-forums.

It would be nice to include polls if it is possible. I’d also like to see some more stickys or ‘Pinned posts’!

But I don’t think it’s really necessary, at least not for the important stuff which shouldn’t be changed because of “popular” opinions.
