Not sure if this is a bug: How do you end this fight? I keep fighting with him we just slug it out without end. What do I need to do? His health bar (in purple) rarely drops. I’m patched for the latest version.

Are you using mods? Seems some cause problems, often mistaken for bugs.
The mods I’m using are ones found in an earlier post that are compatible for patch 7.1
Says who?
Deinstall/ move your MOD folder. Use an older Save and try again. If you are lucky your saves are not corrupted by the Mods and you can go.
