First off i’ve tried multiple save files with and without mods but every time i complete “next to godliness” with Hans Capon I go to talk to him to see if he’s ok like the quest says to do and we talk about the guy that tried to drown him in the bathhouse and i choose whether to punish him or not. Then after i choose what option i want i try to talk to him again to start the “Robber Baron” quest but he has no option to talk to him whatsoever.
