I had 58-62 fps at low preset, prior to 1.3 update.
Now, post the 1.3 update I have 15-19 fps. -__________________-,.

Same problem. Before I could play in very high, now, after the patch 1.3, it’s impossible.

there was a new hotfix (~250mb) maybe it did something
Check your smaa settings in the advanced graphics tab, whether they’re too high
Indeed there was a small hotfix. My fps is overall better now, even better then prior to 1.3! currently getting 70~ fps outside cities on low preset.
Whether i see this fps increase due to restart of computer or because of the ~250mb hotfix, im afraid i dont know.

I had 80-100 FPS during game and never dropped below 70. And 144 during cutscenes as that is my refresh rate. After 1.3(the 5.7gb) update I get about 30 fps in cutscenes and between 25-50 FPS during game. I turned antialiasing off and turned vsync off aswell. The 200+ mb patch has done nothing to change this either.
