After the fight defeating all of the bandits at end of game, I noticed that the quest log still had a few quests listed. So is the quest for the queen of sheba sword still viable?

Why not? Bandits are infinite.
Not the general run of the mill type bandits, but the invading army is what I meant and cumans. thanks
