Post-Launch and PS4 digital code still not working

It’s a full day after lauch and my PS4 backer digital code is still not working. I can’t believe I backed this game years ago, and yet they can’t simply deliver a working digital code on time. I’m getting no reply from their email support, nor their twitter account. I’ve seen others facing this problem, anyone found a solution, or got any answer from warhorse?
I know they must be working hard, being an independent team and whatnot, but it’s hard to think they can’t sort out a digital code, or at least give an answer to their impacted backers.

I have the same problem and had a reply from Warhorse about it.

It seems to be a problem with region locking.

We all know that we selected the platform and we never had the chance to select the region. And now, surprise, all PS4 digital codes sent are for EU. My PS4 account is US based. That is not a big problem by itself, but Warhorse is saying to me that they don’t distribute the code so “reclaim to sony”. That is the same that saying “good luck”.

I feel that they made a big mistake by not giving an option for choosing region and now they don’t want to help with new codes because it will cost them money.

I don’t care, I backed this a long time ago, I want my PS4 Digital code for US. And I don’t want to talk with sony, Warhorse has to fix this for me.

I also have the same issue, got no response form warhorse and started a support thread on Kickstarter, Ill let you know how it goes

Warhorse finally changed my EU key to a US one.

It worked perfect, you just need to wait for support response.

That’s good news, can you please tell me how did you get in touch with them? I haven’t got any reply from their support since sunday
