Hi, I bought the preorder of kingdome come deliverance but when I go to redeem my reward from the chest in the mill I can not find anything of the preorder content. how can I verify that steam actually recorded a preorder copy and not a normal copy by mistake? Is it a bug in the game? I can send you the key if you want to check.

What is the reward? If it’s the armor set, you have to find it from the treasure maps.
The reward is the maps/armor. From what I’ve heard if you didn’t back or preorder you can buy the maps in game but the chests don’t have the warhorse armor in them. Idk, I preordered. But you’ll get maps that lead to a unique set of armor. It’s good but you can find better pretty fast so it’s more of a collectors thing IMO
the rewards are one piece of armor and treasure maps.
however, the fact remains that I bought a copy of the game at the price of the pre-order and now I do not know if it was actually a pre-order, or is a bug and therefore I do not receive the items.
If you did pre order then all you have to do is find the treasures. I can assure you the armor you just described is not all from the pre order.

on youtube videos about the preorder in the chest in the mill they show 5 treasure maps and a piece of armor: “Warhorse gamberson” that I can not find in my copy.
You get a full set of “warhorse” armor, all pieces(arms, legs, padded chausses, tabard, helm, gauntlet, maybe more?) all spread across like 5 chests or something. Chests may be bugged, haven’t heard. But it’s more then the gambeson you get, you just start with that
