No offense intended but I have to admit that this is all a bit messy guys :). Much more streamlined process to just preorder now on Steam. Oh well, I’m sure we won’t be disappointed of the most important bit, the game, so this will all be forgotten on the 13th.
I pre ordered on ps4 and I didn’t receive anything. I ordered the digital copy.
Well I’m sure all will be fine after all. I’m confident, they planned everything. We just need now…wait and see. Wow… 11 days is so long 
but it is right… in the mail tey say that we should link to the steam profile…but there is no option for that…and as i said in my earlier post… we,the backers and pre oder guys here will recieve the steam code at release date (hopefully), so we dont have the chance to preload the game as the guys will do who are buying the game via steam… and thats a little bit frustrating
I thought they said there wasn’t any preload available at all.
but there is… about 22gb as i have read somewhere…i guess for xbox it is 22gb
they try to make preload for everyone but its not safe
some people mentioned, that they got about 20gb of the game on Xbox
Please wait now, and take a look into your profile again 1-2 days before the release before you get frustrated.
I have the same issue. I too pre-ordered the game, but I didn’t have a forum account back then. I specifically ordered it on 9/10/16, and now I no longer have access to it. I’ve had to wipe my computer and install a new operating system since then, so I don’t have the old alpha launcher anymore. I’m a bit concerned now that there’s a beta coming up and I can’t seem to access it, or any records outside of my own inbox, and the site does not recognise my Email anymore. I’d really like to participate in the beta, but I already bought the game once, I’m not going to buy it again for $10 more than I paid the first time.
Here is you link your Profile to steam: Wait a couple of days until it is closer to the release, then check your profile again and find the ability to link your profile to steam.
Don´t be scared if you find no option to link your profile to steam yet.

its not beta, its the full game (Act I)
My apologies. My concern still remains, however. In particular because the site does not recognise my Email, which leads me to believe it does not recognise that I pre-ordered the game almost 16 months ago. If there’s no record of my purchase, what happens then? Will I be able to link it to my Steam account? Will I even be able to play the game at all?

I just created this profile today, even though my pledge is from 2016. That’s the source of my concern. If there is somewhere I can go to see my pledge, where would that be? If this is something I’m doing wrong, that would definitely be a relief.
