Where did you install the game? Is it possible it’s not getting read permissions for the .cfg file? Could see if it’s a permissions issue by making sure you run the game as an admin.
i was installed from utorrent. i cant bought that game.

Wow… That’s probably why. If you want to play a game you should buy it. I can’t afford the game until payday, so I’m not playing/torrenting it.
Don’t steal bro. Also, don’t expect people to attempt to troubleshoot or diagnose your issues which you’re pirating.
