I bought the game twice in first i cancelled after i bought but money didnt changed in my steam wallet and i get the game but i cant download it?
It was downloaded in patch 1.6. Buying it should just unlock it. Right click on the game and click view DLC and you should see it there installed.

yes it is installed but money didnt changed i bought the game by half of my wallet and half of credit card but in wallet money didnt changed
Prob charged it all to credit card
