I was just wondering was there any particular reason that L1/L2 was not used for gallop in the default controller setup.
pressing o to gallop makes it difficult for looking around with with the right analog stick, also makes it difficult for combat on horseback.
just wondering was there any reason L1 was not used maybe i am missing something obvious.
Same question here…Make the L3 (left stick hold ) button the galloping button, then you have your left thumb available to do aiming or jumping over objects
Hello Cyber. Yeah I had been playing around a bit with combat on horseback and realised holding circle , double tapping circle is awkward as fuck when trying to engage enemies when on horseback. Or even trying to just look around on horseback.
I think the L1 button is free. Seen someone suggesting L2 also.
The circle thing is just not efficient on any level. My next play through be on pc. But would still like to see a change for the people that are still playing on console.
