PS4 digital version, no 1,02 patch

I have PS4 digital version, but game is still in 1,01 version. When I check updates it says that it’s up to date. Is 1,02 update available or not?

Will the 1.0.3 patch fix the constant crash to desktop I am getting on PS4?

I am also still on 1.0.1. On my PS4 pro is game incredibly slow and sometime crash to desktop. OMG I hope that will be fixed soon because the game is realy great!
