Hi! I have been a backer since '15 and I received my disc set in the mail today, but the PS4 says it’s not a compatible disc. Was I accidentally sent a PC disc? I don’t have a PC.
could be, is there anything you can see on your cd/cd-case indicating that you have a PC version?

what do you see when you are logged in to you backer profile? PS4 version?
My profile says I have the PS4 version, but it seems I was sent the PC version. There is nothing on the case that says PS4 anywhere, and the PlayStation won’t read the disc.

there were other people that also got the wrong version somehow
Can you take a picture of the disc ? OS4 discs usually have that written on them.

According to many on this forum, it seems like people in America received box with backer goodies together with PC disks. There is a possibility that a second package with PS4 disks is coming.

“The backers who had chosen the console version would get the PS4 or Xbox version, with following exceptions. Backers with PS4 version, living in USA, Mexico, Brazil or Canada, will get the rewards separately from the game, so expect two separate packages, please. The backers with PS4 option, living in Asia, will get PC version, because the game is not released in Asia on PS4. If you asked for the digital code for console, you will find it in your profile.”

but I think this doesnt mean he will get a second DVD/BluRay only the other rewards?
We are still waiting for the official comment on this, as the fact that they would receive two different sets of disks seems suspicious to some, but let’s be optimistic and keep faith in the option that they just stuff PC disks into all backer boxes rather than that there was a major screw up across an entire continent.
I sent an email to their customer support, hopefully they will get back with more information.
I would not expect any reply in the following hours. I may be wrong but I think that the customer support is also based in Prague and it is 1 am there right now. I would expect first activity from Warhorse in some 6-7 hours.
They said almost nothing at all on the forums today so who knows how their response will be. Doesn’t seem like making sure backers got things on time is that essential for them.
