I bought the collectors edition for ps4 and am currently thinking about throwing the game away.
I played up to the nest of vipers quest - the problem is that dying is not an option as my save files wont load. The red loading circle gets stuck at 25% and then the game exits and shows “game load failed”.
I havent played the robber baron quest, i only keep 5 save files at a time and downloaded all patches. The way of saving the game is irrelevant as well - sleeping, schnaps, auto save…none of them work.
I have one save file from early on that I load up whenever the other saves dont work and replay the quests I lost due to the bug. That way I lost nearly 15 hours of my real life. Wrote an email to wh 2 weeks ago and reported the bug - no response.
The game is great but in its current state not playable and I really regret paying that much money for an untested beta.
Are you aware of those issues and working on patching it? Will the save files ever work again?
