this is probably not the place to put it, but anyone have patch log for 1.03 on ps4? currently downloading it. 13gb for me, others have seen up to 40+gb of update

Is the reputation system being fixed? Ill copy and paste my problem here:
the reputation system is ruining my experience, i stealth killed some people and everybody hates me in rattay, i have to pay them every single time to talk to them. plus as a consequence of having such low rep with citizens, guards tend to check me every second, any ideas as to how i can increase rep?
and also items not marked as stolen which cant be sold to regular vendors due to them being stolen according to them
