After buying the collectors edition from amazon i felt i got a great bargain seeing as a collectors edition usually costs around £100 - heck even the steelbook version of ffxv cost £70 so for the price of £62 i felt this was a bargain buy. Played the game immediately and realised how buggy the game was but i pushed through it as i could see that this was a diamond in the rough. There were so many times i was close to sending my copy back to the publisher because of the games unplayable state but after this latest patch im glad i stuck with it. I knew you guys would fix it eventually.
I have to say this last patch has been a god-send and i am VERY impressed by it. The game is in a fully playable state now with better draw distances, less pop ins - and the cloth physics (though subtle) are a great addition.
Grass and vegetation textures have finally been fixed, which has made the games lush world look beautiful once again.
Some npc problems still occur as they still collide with each other but that isnt game breaking for me and its not that noticeable.
Made a new playthrough and just got to rattay and found no problems so far cant wait to get that platinum trophy. I hope that this is the end of game breaking glitches for everyone and that we can now look forward to the dlc which i like the look of, Band of bastards sounds epic!
