Ps4 Saves are corrupted cant load

Hi,

Im writing to you because i purchased the game via PSN store for PS4 here in Luxembourg. After more than 30hours of game i went to Neuhof for the ginger quest where all the horses are dead. I played on the 1.2 version. And when i talked to Robert to go find the ginger guy… the game blocked and said that all my saves where corrupted and now i have the patch 1.2.5 and i cannot load my saves… I lost the 30hours of game… it is really furstrating… i do love this game… i dont mind the bugs and lockpicking beeing to difficult…i dont want to do everything again… and crashing a game and losing all the saves is unacceptable. I dont know if you are making a new patch where i can load my old saves. but please try to fix it. alot of people have the same issue. In my ps4 storage i have 350MB of save but the game doesnt recognize it. And i dont know where to go to delete some other saves to make some space because i just got 1 file with the 350mb save. ill appreciate if this could be fixed.

Look, there is another victim of corrupted save. Every single day there is a topic about this, all platform experiencing this issue. Come on WARHORSE !

devs have been quiet for a while now, either they don’t know how to fix shit and they’re freaking out or they don’t care about their customers and they’re getting pissed drunk on our money

So, today I will loose more than 60 hours of gameplay. Waste of my time… Grr!
Start again? And when I again earn 60 hours my saves fucked up?
Come on guys, do something about this shit, because you will lost a lot of people who liked to play…

I know what you feel as a victim mate. We have a real life to live, we don’t want to wasting our time just for nothing.

they already have, sony and microsoft are giving refunds with barely any question asked at this point

Spam won’t make it better. They’ve lots of tickets and if everyone gonna spam, then everything will be messed and their work going to be much harder. Just have patience, people. :wink::wine_glass:

No Sir! We just want to play… but at the moment it looks like we cannot enjoy enough, because when they fix something they create an another bug. I think most people dont want to refund, they are just want to play, what they paid for it.

60€ For a game that isnt finish… i was never this mad because of a game… i was a fan of KCD since day one… but crashing the game and loosing everything… thats too much… i could wait 2 more months till the game was finished but selling it like this is unacceptable… imagine if they were working on the game and everytime they had to do it all over again… its just sad… i was enjoying this game… was doing all the quest activities side quests… and now doing it all over again… its a NO… i hope you find a way to fix this… its 2018… no game should be sold with this problem…

i have it on PS4 it happened to me… i have send them an email they reply that it will be fixed with the 1.3 patch coming next week… so i hope the game will recognize my corrupt saves because loosing 30h plus of gameplay and do it all over again with the fear that it will happen again is a no… and just disrespectful towards the gamers who just want to have fun playing a game they bought 60 bucks or euros

a week of my game has been corrupted as well. seems like i’m not playing again. thank you warhorse for wasting my time.
