i have tried multiple times with different cards to purchase the game but every time it says the transaction cannot be completed even though i know there is enough money there. any ideas on what to try?
Where are you from and what is your card issuer, please?
i am from Tennessee and the card issuer is mastercard.
I checked the database, the payments are canceled, unfortunately I am not able to see, what is the problem here. Can you please try different browser, just to be sure we tried everything, please?
