So I have 4/5 sword pieces, 2 from Ratay 1 from Ledetchko and one from Talmberg (I missed pickmans piece but got the other one from the second Ratay blacksmith.)
When I speak to Zach in Sasau he tells me he has his piece then I knock him out on his way home and he doesn’t have it on him… So is there anywhere he stores the piece or is the quest fully broken for me now…
Normally He should have it in his Pocket but try to Look in his House (the one with the tent near the Inn)
Yep I searched his house, didn’t find it, even knocked out his apprentice and broke into where he stores his store items. It’s just no where to be found. There isn’t a console command to reset his inventory is there?

Some items used to be accessible via pickpocketing only. Did you try that?
Just tried it just now, his pockets are empty.
