So i’ve got all 4 pieces besides the one Pickman and i cant get it from him since i assigned him to do the dirty job.
I’ve pickpocketed him but he didnt have it with him, Has anyone with the same problem as me found a way to get the 5th piece of the Sheba Sword?
I don’t now which qeust this is bud I didn’t now you could give tasks to npc
offer pickman a job to carry water he will offer it as a reward.

Doesn’t seem like it no, the sword isn’t even good so you’re not missing anything, it has durability of 10 and does less damage than herods, St George, Maldurberg and others.
I use the one from the warehors bonus so far the best

Warhorse, it is found from the ancient treasures via ancient treasure maps. these are for people who preorded the game. you can still find the locations and receive grand loot how ever you will not find the armor or maps unless you preorded the game.

Its in his house sitting on top of a barel in one of the locked rooms on the left. Sometimes it glitches and floats mid air

I have the exact same issue. I did the water quest and gave pickman the shitty job.
Now im on Sheba quest and I can’t get the items from him. and pickpocket is pointless. the item. its not on him. In return this means I can’t complete the Sheba quest and therefor can’t get the npc to my city as a swords smith.

The Sheba quest at least used to be not completable if you didn’t give Pickman the job he wanted. I don’t know if they ‘fixed’ that, but I doubt it.
Without him, you can’t finish the sword. It’s daft that you can’t pickpocket him for it, but you can’t.
I actually found that Pickman’s is a random sixth piece. The blacksmith in the upper castle has the fifth piece in Rattay.
He lies about it when asked. It’s in his house in a storeroom on a shelf. It’s kind of hidden but it’s on the top shelf in the corner.
